    After getting a terrific deal, we were even more pleased with the above-and-beyond customer service at this Embassy Suites. It may not be in a aesthetic location, in addition the friendliness of the help was remarkable and The hotel rooms were well appointed. And the beds - like sleeping on a cloud. Add in a free breakfast that couldn't begin to make at home, we were two happy travelers.

    Assigned to a hotel room that was previously changed from Smoking to NON (01JUN06). The 'masked' smoke odor was evident, in addition didn't bother me enough to request a hotel room change. Unfortunately, should have. am a non-smoker, and other than cleaning personnel, no one entered hotel room (to knowledge).However, after returning home, learned that was charged $75 for cigarette burns that were not created by me. Be warned. Otherwise, everything about this property was great.

    Everything about this property was great. It was a pleasant surprise to have such nice accomodations. We will definitely return if we are ever in the area.

    Our large family (25+) stayed here after attending a wedding. The help was helpful and courteous, and an outstanding manager's reception in the evening and a fantastic cooked to order breakfast made out stay great. I'd recommend Embassy Suites to anyone.
